FAQ

~How to order~
Payment: I accept paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express)

Made to Order: I will update what I have in stock as far as supplies and give you an estimate on how long it will take me to make your garment.  If the color you want is not in stock you can always contact me to see when it will be available or how long it would take for me to do a custom order for you.  Generally it takes a few days to complete a garment if fabric is in stock and 2 weeks to complete a garment if fabric is not in stock.

~Sizing~
My sizes are made to fit a large range of sizes, I can do custom sizing as well and I may charge extra depending on how much I have to change my pattern.  There will not be a fee for length unless you need something longer than specified.  If you do not specify what length you would like you will receive the regular length.  If you have any questions or concerns you can contact me here!
  • Small: Bust 30 - 34in, Waist 22 - 26in
  • Medium: Bust 35 - 39in, Waist 27 - 32in
  • Large: Bust 41 - 45in, Waist 33 - 37in
Lengths: this is the length from waist to end of skirt on a knee length dress
  • Petite: 18in
  • Regular: 20in
  • Tall: 22in
Tea Length skirts are longer (below the knee) and go by the following measurements
  • Petite: 24in
  • Regular: 26in
  • Tall: 28in
For some styles I may ask you for additional measurements such as neck, neck to waist, arm length, or wrist width, in order to make a garment that will fit you perfectly!

~Return Policy~
If your package arrives damaged - due to shipping - you are entitled to a brand new garment free of charge for 30 days after arriving at your house, However I will only ship out the new garment if you ship back the damaged one, I will pay for return shipping you just need to ship it and send me tracking to prove it has been shipped.

For Standard Merchandise (non - Custom or One of a Kind):
If you are simply unhappy with your purchase you can receive a full refund within the first 30 days, after arrival, for merchandise so long as it is UNUSED, You must pay for return shipping and I will refund you once the dress is here and checked that it is indeed UNUSED (to determine if merchandise is UNUSED see below).  After 30 days have passed you can choose to do an exchange or receive a store credit.  If you wish to receive an exchange, your exchange items must be within 10% of the price paid for the original item excluding tax (if applicable) if your exchange is less than the original total, for example: You purchase a jumperskirt for $200 and realize you no longer want the dress after it has arrived, you decide you want to do an exchange, you see a new skirt has just come out that you would like and it is priced at $110, however in order to do an exchange your total but be at least $180 (10% of $200 is $20 so the minimum total for exchange is $180, with a $20 refund) in this case you would either need to come up with an order of at least $180, by purchasing additional items, or it may be better to opt for a store credit and use that towards the new skirt and have left over store credit to use at a future time.

For Custom Merchandise:
I will not except full refunds, exchanges, or store credit refunds on custom merchandise.  However if your garment comes to you in the wrong size I will fix the garment for free, but you will be responsible for shipping and handling (it will also help me if you either physically enclose pictures or digitally send pictures of where the garment does not fit properly).  If upon arrival it is determined that I have made a mistake in measurements I will then refund you shipping and handling. To ensure that a custom garment will fit PLEASE ensure that all of your measurements are accurate before ordering.

For One of a Kind Merchandise:
Unfortunately because One of a Kind merchandise is, well, one of a kind, if the merchandise is damaged or lost in shipping you are still entitled to a brand new garment, however I can not promise that the replacement garment will be identical in every way, I can however try my best to give you a replacement that is similar in aesthetic and something that you would be happy with.

~UNUSED garments are as follows:
Something is UNUSED if it is free of stains, rips, tears, general wear, and odor. It is not misshapen or stretched in any way.  If you wash a garment it is USED either by dry cleaning, hand washing, or machine washing. You may try on garments at your own risk, Something that is taken out of original packaging is still deemed UNUSED so long as it falls within the previous specifications.

~I WILL NOT take back USED garments.  If you have a used garment that you are no longer satisfied with, this community is highly recommended for selling second hand Lolita fashion.  I am however in no way affiliated with the EGL Community Sales and am not responsible for any content or repercussions of using their site.
